Created story board and customer journey map for MMM Co.,Ltd. during an internship of four months. After that, designed prototype using Adobe XD.
The aim was to visually predict and explore a user’s experience with a product.
A storyboard would help us to understand how people would flow through the interaction.
A customer Journey Map tells the story of the customer’s experience:
from initial contact, through the process of engagement and into a long-term relationship.
